[Unit Project 2] How to Cook Tamagoyaki

Do you know Tamagoyaki? I believe there is no one who does not know about Tamagoyaki. Tamagoyaki is a dish in which beaten eggs are rolled and fried in a Tamagoyaki maker.  Tamagoyaki dates back to the Edo period. At that time, eggs were so valuable that they were eaten as a delicacy by the common people.

I love Tamagoyaki that my mother cook. I chose it because it was the most memorable. When I was high school student, my mother put Tamagoyaki in my lunch box every day. She was very busy every day, but she made this Tamagoyaki for me. I felt happy with her kindness. I'm grateful to my mother who made me lunch every day for three years. So, I want to introduce this it.

There are some tips for cooking well. For example, it is that to spread salad oil all over the Tamagoyaki maker. If there is not enough the salad oil, the egg wash will stick to the Tamagoyaki maker.

I introduced a common Tamagoyaki, but my mother sometimes added some arrangements. For example, there were Tamagoyaki with cheese or fried small fish. My favorite arrangement is cheese. When I was high school student, I was able to do my best in my afternoon class by eating this tamagoyaki every day.
